Ben Felton – Head of Channel Planning

Interests: Martial Arts. Tai Chi. His X-Box.

 

Biography: Ben has been working in digital over 10 years seeing the boom the bust and a lot of stuff in between. He started his career in a small financial publishers that became a major comparison site and from there held Planning Director roles at Wunderman Interactive, Global Beach and prior to joining Rapier, the Managing Partner role at agency.com. At Rapier, Ben is responsible for ensuring that imaginative and innovative opportunities are created for our clients and brought to life in a way that plays to the strengths of each channel. He approaches this with the digital mindset, considering a new type of consumer who wants to be engaged, not shouted at.

 

Achievements: Agency.com was Digital Agency of the Year while Ben was Managing Partner. Running IKEA through the line. Launching Ford websites in over 30 markets. Working on the original Motorola ('hello moto') campaign.
