Biography: Matt started his career at Experian within the Marketing Services Division. He left to join Centrica as Head of Customer Intelligence supporting the British Gas and AA brands. He moved to KPMG Consulting where he worked on integrated CRM solutions for a range of clients. He joined Orange in 2001 where he built an industry copied CRM capability. Matt has spent the last three years as Head of Direct Response & CRM at Barclays. Responsible at Rapier for achieving a new level of data understanding for clients' businesses.
Achievements: Orange CRM capability acknowledged by independent consultants as best in class Europewide.
