Biography: Matt started his career at Experian within the Marketing Services Division. He left to join Centrica as Head of Customer Intelligence supporting the British Gas and AA brands. He moved to KPMG Consulting where he worked on integrated CRM solutions for a range of clients. He joined Orange in 2001 where he built an industry copied CRM capability. Matt spent the next three years as Head of Direct Response & CRM at Barclays. Responsible at Rapier for being brilliant with data to drive customer engagement online and offline with clear marketing effectiveness.
Achievements: Orange CRM capability acknowledged by independent consultants as best in class Europewide.
