Sue Payne – Chief Operating Officer

Biography: A graduate in Statistics and Economics from Southampton University, Sue joined Rapier from City Financial Marketing in 1995. She ran the Eurostar, Amex, Bank One and Virgin Atlantic accounts before becoming Commercial Director in 1998. She has a unique role in managing resource, remuneration and service standards for Rapier clients.

 

Achievements: She has overseen the uninterrupted improvement of our service scores in our client reviews - on every single Rapier client over the past 3 years.
